This is for Home Care Aid students who ONLY need a Core Basic certificate. It is only one of three components (5 hours Orientation u0026amp; Safety, 14 hours Population Specific u0026amp; 56 hours Core Basic) of the 75 hour training required to become licensed as an Home Care Aide.
If you choose this option you will also need to provide :
A) Dementia Specialty Training and Mental Health Specialty Training certificates OR
B) 14 hours of Population Specific Training certificates PLUS 5 hour Orientation u0026amp; Safety Training certificate.
