You hear yelling and screaming coming from his room as you pass by, when you go inside the room you see a bloody bruise on Mr. Smith’s cheek and tears coming down from his eyes. You notice another caregiver who is angry in the client’s bathroom washing what seems like blood from their hands, while cursing and threating the client.
