What to Wear

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule to protect other learners.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend on the exact date and time I booked?

Yes. Please attend the session you selected so we can staff the lab and keep your spot available. If you cannot make it, cancel and book a different time.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend. If rescheduling is available, cancel your original booking first and then select a new date and time. Late cancellations or no-shows may count as a used spot.

Do I have to attend two practice days?

Yes. You must attend both days as required by meeting skills hours.
